It wasn't procing on lamannia even when the base damage type was changed to light. I bug reported that but haven't checked on live yet. I used my free LR +20 to make my warlock this morning and will be testing out this week. I'll let you know.

It doesn't proc sorry. EB is not a spell perse for procs. There was a dev post on lamania with this info.

Eldritch Blast is treated as a 9th level spell.

So basically it's a spell that doesn't proc spell effect, yay!

A dev did say that it works on the lantern ring. So, it does proc spell effects like the lantern ring, And shiradi was said to proc it on lamma.

However, I dont believe its actually typed as a specific spell damage type (even though it does force as a base). So things that require a specific spell damage type dont seem to work But ones that just call to general spell cast should. (Like spirit in PA, spell augmentation in magister, Nullmagic Strike should also,) Havent tested this myself as mine isnt high enough level, but that seems like the way it should be working. probably to prevent some class enhancements from effecting it.

Ok, I'm confused. Is EB a spell, a spell like ability, or something else? So we have a semi-useless tier 4 AP that also doesn't scale with spell power? If EB is scaling with spell power, then isn't it a spell?

I think the actual reason is because it's treated as a force spell.

It does proc lantern ring and shiradi double rainbow.
