Swapping Warlock Spells

Any plans to make the Blood of Dragons work for Warlocks? Or maybe give them a similar item so they can swap spells when they pick spells that aren't very good or they no longer need, without waiting on the timer?

Think it's suppose to work with warlocks.

Thanks. It looks like it did work, but the tooltip didn't update to include warlock until I actually took it out of the bank.
