so if you have a Warlock + Artificer multiclass, and have Hand of the Tombs (http://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Hand_of_the_Tombs), Animus (http://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Animus), or The Disciplinator (http://ddowiki.com/page/Item:The_Disciplinator) equipped - does the rune arm imbue the warlock eldritch blast with (respectively) Disrupting Weapons, Banishing Weapons, or Smiting Weapons?

Nope! Those three effects apply to Melee and Ranged Weapons; Eldritch Blast is considered a Spell.

For example, Radiant Glory from the Lantern Ring (http://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Lantern_Ring) does work on Eldritch Blast.

Umm ... if Eldritch Blast is considered a spell, then why does Radiant Glory from the Lantern Ring, not work with it? The description for Radiant Glory specifically says: "On Harmful Spellcast: Do an additional 4 to 24 Light Damage."

Last I checked Scourge didn't proc on Eldritch Blast

The single attempt I made with this on lamannia Scourge did proc on EB attacks regardless of shape, however it has to be a critical hit. Using the light dmg additive from enlightened spirit helped the trigger rate since every attack was then slinging light and force damage. I did not test fiend pact on lamannia so I can not say if that extra fire dmg does with in addition to the force and light.

Didn't think so, but hope springs eternal. Well, one less thing I need to gear for I guess. So cha, ac, dodge, spellcraft, and spell power. Maybe toss in dex and con too. Good to know.

All of the eldritch blasts in all shapes and essences benefit from evocation focus, I've had a few players inquire as to the focus for great old one, yes even though it is acid and nearly every other acid spell in game is conjuration, the blast is still evocation.

Edit: Side note, Fey Pact DOES NOT improve with SPELLCRAFT is DOES run off of PERFORM a cross class skill. Since it is sonic damage, though crafting a perform item is easy enough. You can have +7 at lv 3. +13 at lv 9 and persuasion items boost perform as well.
