I admit I went through this process when testing on Lamania, but this didn't occur to me nearly as much as it has now, so I apologize for not commenting on this sooner. After completing 'the Grotto' I noticed that the starter gear you get was missing two things:
1. Level 1 Spell Components. For a starting character with no money to speak of, this is an essential one to provide buffs. But I found none in the Grotto's chest sadly.
2. Celimas' End Reward: it would be great if one of the two wands could be changed so Warlocks could use it without needing UMD. Or a scepter that provides the lowest level of force spell power. But at the moment, none of the starter options really provide a reliable tool for the beginner warlock to wield.
Yes, I am working off a TR'd Warlock with a decent amount of cash, so this is hardly a game breaking problem for me. But it may cause some issues for newly-rolled Warlocks. It would be great if the devs could take a look at this.
