Do you like pulverizing enemies into a pulpy mess (kind of like making guacamole) without giving them a chance? Do you like playing throwers? Do you like to laugh at spell casters as they try hit you? Well look no further then the Instant Guacamole. I had to think of something random and silly that pertained to this build. With one of my toons named as the main ingredient of guacamole it only seemed fitting.

There are two splits listed and one provides more dps while the other provides a bit more defense.

Halfling 12rog/6mnk/2pal (more offensive) or 11rog/6mnk/3pal (more defensive)

Stats
8 str
20 dex - all level ups here

Saves:
I dont like posting saves much b/c they can vary greatly. By request my sustainable saves are (granted the mob is evil):

Most are the same as the the other split. To each his own but you need to find 6 points to give up in order to sacred defense stance. Keep in mind you lost out on Core 4 of mechanic tree with this split.

Destiny: I choose LD over all others because it has the best generalized dps. Shiradi doesnt have enough dps against bosses. I also dont play well in shadowdancer but that is just me. You should have close to full dodge with the build so take PRR blitz instead.

Twists: 22 fate points
Echoes shiradi (required for max attack speed)
whirling wrists
cocoon

Gear: I will post my gear upon request but the build doesnt require anything super fancy. Most stuff can be found in epic necro. However, throwers are the only builds that can take full advantage of TOEE set and TF weps at the same time. I recommend finding a TOEE robe (acid or cold is best) and a kama to use in your offhand. Also, this build has disgusting amounts of SA so get an improved deception item (avithoul ring is what i use).

Level order is by choice. I would take 3 rogue as quick as you can for staff dex to damage and you dont need 5 rogue until level 12 for teir 5 staff tree. Take 3 monk early for light monk path activated ability. I did RRRMMMRPPRRRRRRRMMMR.

Overall, full traps skills in all EEs. No fail saves (except 1 ofc) on all EE content. Dps that will break your mind. 32% dodge along with 59 (depends on pl)(84 with 3 pal) prr when you are blitzing. This build is basically a master of destruction.

Questions and comments are always welcome.

Nicely done Av, but I'm still the better gimp!

Since mechanic already givess you int to damage for thrown weapons, any thought to going int-based for better synergy with trapping? Insightful reflexes would give you saves, and harper could then give you int to attack and know the angles for 8 AP. Granted you have no spell points from any of your classes, but it's only 15 spell points for 2:00. Even a simple ML20 Power 150 yellow augment gets you 10 castings for 20 minutes of half int mod to damage between shrines.

Maybe carry some of those low-level mana pots that drop in the harbor (and have been clogging my inventory for years since I generally only use majors) to deal with the occasional quest or raid where you need more than 20 minutes between shrines.

The thing about throwers is their dex score determines the percent chance of throwing extra shurikens (up to 2 extra) per attack. Also, if you wanted to take some harper tree enhancements you would have drop something else. I didnt have any trouble finding traps in any content while i leveled.

As I was unaware of this mechanic, now I'm curious how you get the second extra from dex. Shuriken Expertise and...?

Ninja Spy, Core 2 proc's the extra chance for a star and gives Dex to dmg.

If you're a star chucking monk with min 3 levels, you never leave home without it.

Cool, thanks to both of you for the info. Ignorance fought.
