Yes. And it rocks. Used Swashbuckler on Uurlock's Bard lives.

GuardbreakingEffect: This item enables you to break an enemy's guard in between your melee attacks. On critical hits with your melee weapons, enemies will become dazed (http://ddowiki.com/page/Dazed) as a result.

I have dodge already covered and have stunning 8 on a crafted shield, but since the guardbreaking will apply to my main hand weapon, I think that will trump using the stunning shield bonus.
