One of our vendors is doing maintenance work tomorrow that may impact the ability of players to access the DDO Store. We expect the work to begin around 10:00 AM Eastern (-4 GMT). We'll keep you updated.

Not sure if its related but unable to log on: enter password, click play, and instant error message: "login failure connection closed"

Should I start messing with settings or is this a server side issue?

having the same issues. i guess working on the store they will not allow anyone else to join. Those who are IN game are not being affected. I got a friend who is playing right now.

I was on Lamaland playing with the Warlock. I was having issues with the store so I exited and reloaded. I even rebooted. I then tried regular DDO and I am getting the same response as everyone else. "Error Logging In! Connection Closed"

Yes I know the store is down, did NOT know that when I tried it on Lamaland. Thought a restart might help. Shoulda checked the forums BEFORE logging off, cause I was enjoying Warlock...and I had only run one quest!

Unexpectedly unable to log in? Definitely not something new, but still a PITA.
