Pretty much what the title says. I was thinking that putting evasion as one of the Fighter's class feats with a prerequisite of 19 DEX and Fighter lvl 10 (subject to change based on review). I think that this would allow for some new builds without creating more power creep.
Levels at which Evasion is granted/available
Rogue 2
Monk 2
Ranger 9
Fighter 10 (proposed)
Shadow Dancer 5 (I think)

Evasion hasn't mattered since MRR.

Not signed, because (A) as Ape Man says, Evasion is no longer necessary with MRR+hvy armor, (B) fighters have low Reflex saves anyway, which often renders Evasion pointless, and (C) you can easily add Evasion with a rog or monk 2 splash if you really want it, same as always.
I'd much rather see Turbine buff Kensei so there's actually a reason to play a pure ftr again.

well my first reaction was no and than i looked up Kensei http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Kensei_(3.5e_Class)
they are granted evasion at level 2, but of course cant wear medium or heavy armor to utilize it. in order to work in DDO, it would have to be in a high level core granted to the Kensei. i think this would be worthy as part of the Kensei revamp discussion, but should not be a feat for a fighter.

No to OP. And agree with Qhaulor - as a tier 5 core or regular tier 5 enhancement. Splashing in a couple levels of fighter should not get evasion - they need at least 18 levels of fighter to get it (or splash in 2 rogue or 2 monk to get it)

If they really want to add it sure. With fighter's reflex saves it would be SO useful :)

Primal Avatar tier 6 has a multiselector for it.
Nature's Fury / Natural Evasion: Passive (Multiple Enhancement Selector) Gain +1 critical damage multiplier on a roll of 19-20, or Evasion, while in animal form, unarmed, or two-weapon fighting.
