DDO Store .. Bought A/S only got half

Hope this is right forum ... i just bought a load of a/s from the store. I was charged the right amount of tp's, and the receipt says the correct amount, however i only got credited with half the amount i bought. Please help, oor point me in the right direction, Thanks
