This is my current build i am working on Ghallanda on my first life TR. I only have +3 tomes. I'm only on a hero build. I'm hoping to do much better in epic questing than a necromancer adventurer build did in the past life.

the actual build will have the same style but all of the core enhancements in half orc will also be there and the ravager and occult slayer will be slightly different

basics look solid - am sure if you had 32 point you would up CON. Keep playing around with the enhancements until you find the right mix to suit your style.

Uurlock is currently doing the Ozymoronic Barbarian build (link in sig) and is solid (albeit some of that is past lives and gear).

looking good - but why no tier 5 Blood Strength: Each time you land a hit there is a 12% chance you heal positive damage equal to your Barbarian level. Each time you kill an opponent you are healed for 20 hit points. This healing scales with 100% Melee Power?

Like i said the AP is off on the builder so a little bit is different. that much is for sure in the build that's the main reason why i'm switching over to ravager.

since when do barbarians have a problem hitting things?

Why not umd? (utility spells&buffs outside of rage/combat)
Why not heal (consecrated ground)
Why not spot, haggle. anything but swim.
Why intimidate? are you tanking? having trouble to keep agro? can you reach intimidate numbers high enough to pull mobs away or reach quest objectives to begin with?

why orcish fury 3? are you expecting to be around 1-39% hp a lot to justify the enh point? it is just a +2 str modifier

i don't know how other people play their barbs but stuff usually doesn't live long enough for stuff like Viscious Strike to make an actual impact

34 ap is not a splash anymore, is force ward worth it? all i get at high levels is chain missiles, the 5% Competence bonus to entirely avoid incoming Force damage doesn't look that hot
Aren't you (dps wise) better of with FB?

Why half orc in general, the character modle looks cool for a barb but if all you take is str aren't you better of with human?
Extra feat and skill points, damage boost that stacks with melee power boost (or haste boost if you use LD/twist it) all sounds better then half orc

I understand your point(s). The actual build is only 31 AP in occult slayer and im using viscious strike mainly to get enough AP for the 5th core enhancement, and the more moves the merrier. skill points were just basic and there they could definitely be well spent elsewhere.

The character builders i used are very out of date. The current build im using i did change the feats up a tad. PA>>HA-PROF>>>TWF>>>OTWF>>>ITWF>>>GTWF>>>improved crit piercing(for heavy picks)>>>Overwhelming Crit. This build switches from THF to TWF at lvl 15, and it uses heavy picks. also, the tier five enhancements are all in ravager, it goes out to the core enhancement in occult for immunity to magic missiles and 5% dodge of force damage and extra health + positive healing amplification. The final build will have +540hp from the enhancements alone so it will be close to 1k health at lvl 20 if not over. and right now i'm only lvl 9 im at 296 health 57prr 45mrr and 38 AC with 3% dodge i use potions for haste and rage usually and cure serious pots. with all the pos healing amplification at lvl 20 i should be able to heal enough for epic quests.

i assume that's a first (or low amount of pl) life build? i break 200 at lv 3/4....(non dwarf)
the immunity to magic missile is useless, they use chain missile past lv 5 (on elite, not sure if the same is true on norm), not magic missile.
the 5% is pathetic compared to the dps in other tree's, your hp and heal amp is more then enough to survive the extra 5% force damage avoidance you would miss out on, especially since the enh points in the occult slayer tree are so pathetic. those points are truly wasted in there.

I said 5% dodge because its a 5% chance to dodge all the damage not 5% reduction

max strength and con, rest in dex. I can see instead maybe putting the rest in wisdom, but will saves will suck regardless. putting points into wisdom you should also be equipping a wis item.

don't bother with jump and swim skills. jump is a little low in the low levels but by 20 with rage going and strength items, shouldn't be a problem, plus you can use jump clickies or potions if you really wanted. swim is a useless skill for any class. intimidate, balance, listen is a class skill, but I prefer spot are better choices.

no need for OTWF. take the cleave line.

never played a Horc but looks fine to me.

Ritual Scarring is only +3 PRR. player preference, but you wont miss it if you don't have it.

Fear Me isn't that good, especially in epics

Aura of Fear is a waste of AP honestly. you should be killing mobs too fast in heroics to notice -2 to ability scores and it does nothing in epics.

overall, its not a bad build. just I think some better enhancement choices would help out better.

I wish i could show you a screenshot of how i want the enhancements to be because i'm only lvl 10 and the character builders are slightly off. at lvl 20 i will make sure to post a pic of it so that all confusion is gone. I'm only going TWF because i like it better as a playstyle plus X4 crits with heavy picks is a nice bonus. I definitely should rework my skill points the same if not similar to what you said.

could you break that down

and no they don't stop using force missile at 5, they keep using it. Some of them around gh start using force missile.

and while i agree that the 5% is wasted, its more because you can cast shield and block it.

After consulting with a friend on a much similar dwarf build. I have decided to build into tier five enhancements on lvl 12 ( currently banking 7 AP at lvl 11) This way i get the tier five heal, +2 crit threat when raging, and immunity to knockdowns as a slight plus( not necessary) I'll also have the frenzied beserker enhancements for +2/+4/+6 rage use per rest so i can basically use my barbarian rage whenever i want to. after lvl 12 i will start building enhancements in occult slayer up to 31ish spent just for the core enhancements.

maybe, but gh is lv 14-16 ish, force ward comes at 18!

magic missiles and chain missiles can easily be healed/brute forced through, shield works wonders too

as for hp:
i did say i break 200 around lv 3/4
