The Build in its raw unmodified form. Went 2 fighter for extra feats & haste boost, to increase the Longbows Horrible rate of fire (compared to just about every other weapon out there) 6 Monk for 10k Stars + Dodge + 25% incorporeal, 12 Ranger for Past life, Arcane Archer enhancements free Feats (this build Is NOT feat starved) and the first 3 cores of deepwood stalker. Questions to follow. Last minute catch: The Alignment will not be lawful Good, just never bothered to change on character planner.

Level 21 (Epic)
Feat: (Selected) Epic: Combat Archery

Level 22 (Epic)

Level 23 (Epic)

Level 24 (Epic)
Feat: (Selected) Epic: Overwhelming Critical

Observation: Since the change to Overwhelming Critical, Strength is now basically a Dump Stat, giving more points to be used elsewhere, thus making a Monkcher slightly easier to build effectively. I had a spare point left over so i tossed it into strength for carrying weight, and to help avoid going uncentered.

Question 1: Enhancement wise, would i have been better off going heavier into Deepwood sniper and/or Ninja Spy for more wisdom.

Question 2: How effective is Inferno Shot. I put 2 ap there simply because i felt that layering the dot Could increase Overall DPS.

Question 3: Aside from getting more tomes (which I may have to do yet) With this build as it stands, How could I obtain 42 Wisdom. I may be missing something (at 20) the way im figuring it out ill have: 24 base +2 enhancement + 7 Item + 2 insightful + 4 Water Stance for a total of: 39. Any thoughts on how i could Make up those 3? As it stands: Planning on Bracers/Belt of Sunsoul for the Wisdom Bonuses.

Question 4: What is the ideal Wisdom Number to hit to maximize the effectiveness of 10k stars?

Question 5: Should I remove points from kensai, and place elsewhere (How much will i notice the 30% attack speed boost from Haste boost )

Question 6: Same as Question 5: only for Racial Tree. I took Dragonmark of Shadow to layer on some defenses (on top of the classic just not getting hit via kiting) The last +1 Attack/Damage for Bows however I see as possibly sacrificeable. Should I do that, and would I notice most of a difference.

Lastly: Anything else you want to add. I have had a Monkcher in the past, it was first life, and not very well thought out..so im attempting this. I am still well into my Rogues repeater life, so i have some time before i am ready to TR into this build. Planning on locking down some commendation gear, and maybe challenge gear for next life so he will be ready right at 20. I solo mostly, so it would have to be gear easily solo farmed.

imo bows are extremely weak during heroics, if you are just getting to 20 and tring again i see little point in trying to focus heavily on bows especially before you have got 3 arrows for manyshot (11 bab) for any other reason than flavor.
I would suggest arti rogue ranger 6/6/8 and focus on repeaters with int and harper tree, you spend early points in harper for int to hit/damage +buff then go over to deep wood sniper for the level 6 core that is auto bluff and +2 crit range and multiplier on all 3 bolts.

that or focus on melee for the first 12 levels or so

LoL: Sorry i guess i shouldve posted that. Yeah, not even going to pick up a bow until 12. Melee until then, also if you will notice: Most of my questions are refrenced from the 20+ game on. 1-20 is easy and self explanatory mostly, and if i had wanted another repeater build I would have asked for/designed a repeater build.

20+.

1 deepwood would be better than ninja
2 inferno shot is useful when bosses live longer than 30 seconds. at full stacks you add 60 fire damage every time you reapply stacks, if you are going fury and slayer shot this will only really be useful for raid bosses, will you be raiding much?
3 +3 item +1 exceptional +2 yugo +4 enhancements
4 its worth getting as much wisdom as possible up to the point that you are start losing key items/enhancements. more info here: https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/351973-10k-Stars-Testing-Thread
5 its worth getting haste boost and nothing else
6 i would not pick elf for anything other that fey wild tap, again only really useful if you will be raiding a lot. otherwise human for +1 wis and damage action boost. make a t2 gs if you want displace

Elf Vs Human: Decided to check my build point allocation with Elf, vs Human: Bottom line its the exact same. Elf gets +3-4 more Damage through Racial Tree. My elf Started with 17 wisdom, Human would start with 16 +1 from Racial Tree = Both the same. Human Gets more Feats & Skill points Elf gets more damage with bows. I only have a +3 dex tome: I have to start with an 18 dex to hit the 21 needed for combat archery, and still be able to put all level up points into wisdom.

as for Green Steel: as Shroud is not run regularly anymore, and as i sometimes have a very limited amount of time to play, its probably not achieveable, same with raid gear. On another note: I did forget about damage Boost with Human, so there is that, and looking over deepwood theres not a lot there that would endear me to wanting to splash heavy into it after sniper, aside from the extra wisdom...but i could pull points from elsewhere and put it into ninja spy for another +1 wisdom Hum.

Also: Would 2 rogue be better then 2 fighter? Thinking the poison stance would be more beneficial overall.
