Angel of Vengeance/tier 2/Efficient Metamagic

This Skills should reduce the cost of Spell-Points from Metamagic-Spells. But i dont see any effect. Bug ?

Last time I tried them, admittedly a while back now, they seemed to work. Which spell are you looking at? Can this spell be affected by that metamagic? Are you sure that the metamagic in question is turned on (remember to also check individual spell setting as well by rightclicking)?

If you've checked all this, please submit a bug report with as much info as possible.
