EDIT: without the CMW SLA this build might be hard to hjeal, particularly in heroics. :(
Here's a flexible warlock build I am thinking about. It relies on the solid chassis of stalwart stance and swashbuckling, but I tried to use as many warlock abilities as possible to make it a bit different.
3 bard for swashbuckling
3-4 fighter for feats/stance
13 warlock for... warlock stuff
Pact: maybe Fiend for +2 saves and additional Fort saves, or Fey for Sonic pact damage.
Enhancements:
T5 in Enlightened Spirit
- picking up some passive defenses (prr, mrr, heal amp, perma shield, fear immunity, displace SLA)
- extra offense (aura ticking every 3 seconds; 3d6 light dmg on hit)
- some healing (CMW SLA, the T5 radiant burst thingie)
4? AP in Tainted Scholar
- feigned health (if swashlock has a meaningful charisma + how often it procs- each tick of cocoon?)
usual stuff in stalwart defender and swashbuckler
Obviously swashlock could take 5 bard levels and go full-****** swashbuckler, but I want more warlock, less swash. And harper, but that'll leave even less AP for warlock stuff.
Spells:
1: Jump, Resist Energy
2: Blur (probably retrain after getting Displace SLA), Invis?, ?
3: DDoor, Haste
4: True Seeing, Teleport?
5: Tenser's
feats (7 heroic, 2-3 fighter, 1 human)
3x SWF
Improved Crit
Maximize for healing SLAs
Quicken? (CMW should be fairly quick cast anyways)
Extend (for tensers?)
Maybe cleaves, or use the eldritch cleave things?
...
I imagine this dude would run with Tenser's constantly. He would heal via SLAs, so cooldowns are not important.
Question remains what ability to use for damage. It probably should be one of the abilities increased by Tenser's. Probably not Dex, Swashlock does not have Evasion. Probably not cha - but maybe yes. Obviously, cha-based swashlock would probably pick up some DC-related abilities. What remains is Str - or a Con-based dwarf, if AP allows. Similar to good old dwarven defender parody - but without evasion, thus probably weaker. But possibly fun.
