Unable to TR capped character

Perhaps I'm being a bit impatient, but almost 2 weeks I opened a ticket (3302268) regarding an error in TR'ing a lvl 20 character.

When I attempted to TR my character I received an error that I had enough XP to advance one or more levels and I needed to log in and speak to a trainer or fatespinner. I checked my XP and I did not have enough to level, but went ahead and spoke to a trainer and fatespinner - which told me I didn't have enough to advance to the next level. I opened a ticket and received a fast response from an in-game GM. After talking over my situation, the GM gave me enough XP to actually level. I went and did so, then logged out to TR. Unfortunately that did solve the issue as I got the same error message.

Then the GM gave me enough XP to cap the character, I leveled up and, again, logged out to TR. Still got the same error message. The GM was friendly and helpful, but ultimately was unable to solve my issue. They did say this would put into research and I would be contacted on this character.

So, my character is now fully capped, my XP bar says Maximum Epic XP Acheived , I am still getting the same error when I attempt to TR and I have not heard anything. Would anyone be able to shed any light on this?

Have you checked the following:

1. You spent all of your Enhancement points? All 80
2. You spent all the Epic Destiny Points earned. If you activated an ED its possible you earned enough XP to have points in an ED to spend

Also if you had all 80 points spent it might also be an issue that can be resolved by resetting your Enhancement Points.

These are just some simple things you can try.

Nope, this char started out as a good old 28 pt cleric back in '07. This char was lvl 20 well before iconics or epic lvls were introduced. The heart I got was a true heroic from Token of the Twelve turn-in.

1. You spent all of your Enhancement points? All 80
2. You spent all the Epic Destiny Points earned. If you activated an ED its possible you earned enough XP to have points in an ED to spend

Also if you had all 80 points spent it might also be an issue that can be resolved by resetting your Enhancement Points.

Yes, spent all my Enhancement points and all my Epic Destiny Points. Went ahead and reset both and spent them all again - same error message.

since you were trying to TR and the GM has given you enough XP to Epic Cap have you tried doing an Epic Reincarnation, All you would need to do is run 21 Epic Quests to get enough heart seeds. I imagine the extra XP granted went into a single sphere for Karma so you may already have the 6million Karma covered.

If you can ER (which will put you back to level 20) it might clear what ever is preventing the TR.

If he is ready to TR now, why should he have to keep figuring stuff out and quest to see if an ETR will work. A GM should provide him with the heart seeds instead of wasting more time.

I was just thinking why wouldn't you do a ER before a TR if you were capped unless you don't have the karma

Good to see you got yours fixed - I had the same problem a few years ago and never got anywhere with CS, my ticket just fell into the void. Finally managed to get around it by doing a plain vanilla Heroic Res before the TR but had to waste a heart to get there. I'm guessing it is a problem relating to chars that capped long ago before release "X" and then tried to res after release "X" (whatever X might be). Mine capped sometime around 2009 and I didn't decide to TR him till 2012 - some release in there must have messed things up for us old-timers. I'm guessing its the same one that introduced Arcane & Divine Lore as my char didn't have those prior to the HR but was able to TR after all those changes were applied.
