Healing IntimiTank?

I looked through the Class forums and didn't see what I'm looking for - maybe someone can point me in the right direction if a build already exists. I am thinking about a Cleric build that can both tank and heal for a first-TR static group. Not a difficult feat for the first half but more of a challenge at high Heroic into Epic levels. I imagine I would splash a couple of levels of Pally, race is open.
