DDO Store - unable to buy points

While the main DDO store issue seem to be solved for me (I finally can again spend points), I am somehow unable to buy more points. All the time I tried (several minutes apart) I just get:
"There was an error processing your request. Please wait a few minutes before attempting this purchase again."

This worked previously flawless, the card is not expired and I even tried to re-enter the card details in the account with no avail.

Some other folks have the same issue, maybe the billing server is currently down?

I had the same issue recently. You need to have your address in your Turbine account updated to be the same with the credit card you are using. Else transaction is aborted. Took a while to figure out.

The thing is the same card just worked about 2 months ago, it is still valid, the account is in positive balance, I haven't changed my address since and ever since I even had put the card holder name exactly as it is written on my card (without accent/umlaut). So it just stop working out of the blue. Maybe now France is also black listed for business transactions with American companies :D

Anyway, I am confident we will get this sorted out somehow ;)

I've had the same problem with the store this week. I have lots of points and was able to buy earlier in the day. But when I went back to the store this afternoon I got the an error occurred message, come back in a few minutes. I went back repeatedly and kept getting the same message. This error caused me to have to quite the end fight in the lower level in the new Evil quest. I figured out how to defeat the thing but couldn't buy a res cake!! Very annoying.

The store itself must be down as I'm not using my credit card. I was trying to use points already purchased and showing on the screen. Plus I'm in the US so not international issue.

I found out what was causing my issue with the store giving me the "come back later" message. I got into the same end fight and died along with all my hirelings. Tried to buy the res cake and got the same come back message as I have several times, but a pop up screen offered to sell me a res for crystals.....ummm? I didn't have 35 crystals so I bought some and what do you know, I then used the crystals to buy the res cake essentially costing me double what it would have with just points alone. However, I finished the quest. But not feeling too good about Turbine right now.
