I am now disgusted with the service provided by this company. I don't know who is to blame, there are rumours that this issue is beyond Turbine's control. I really don't care. The fact is, Turbine is the one providing the game. As of right now there is no game for me. The single hour I have today to play, the server is down. Wonderful. Wouldn't be surprised if the server was down until tomorrow morning, because someone forgets to turn it on, trips over a cable, spills his coffee on it, or some other nonsense which will be explained as "technological difficulties' or something like that.

And for the record, the first three times the server went down I simply shrugged, thought that it's okay, they're probably making my game better somehow. Now I just want to strangle somebody.

I'm sure they are not doing it to make us mad, but regular updates would be nice about what the reason is they have to keep taking G-Land down. I hope they fix this soon as I won't have any hair left... hehehe

I too usually don't care about the odd downtime that is why only yesterday I started saying something! It is not the best customer service Turbine has given me but I love the game and the staff are great so I will try to be patient a little longer! ARRRRRRRGHHHHH!
