So much for the hotfix - server down again

This is beyond ridiculous now. Fix the issue and when it is 10000% definitely fixed THEN open the server for the public to play. Before the hotfix the server would go down in the evening hours. Now it goes down in the middle of the day. Great.

The time for your Apologies has long gone!!! Your service is shocking and you are not fulfilling you side of the agreement. Having played mmo's for 20 years or so I have never had to put up with a service disruption like this its almost like I'm playing a beta test game trying to find bugs. We the players of Ghallanda server deserve better then this **** you are currently giving us. No more Apologies No more fobbing us off. Either sort it (and I mean in the next day or two) or offer everyone the option to transfer their characters/guilds to a different server free of charge as a goodwill gesture do to your lack of Professionalism and Incompetence.

I would like to be offered the right to transfer my account and my friends be allowed to transfer their accounts as well to another server, as this is ridiculous, and we're sick of it!
