And the 1% speed per Rogue level in acrobat not working now after patch?

Ive noticed after using Trick on multiple different mobs they are still not getting any sneak attack damage, only after improved deception procs I then have my sneak attack bonus applied.

Assassin's Trick has no bluff component so if you have agro you won't get any SA until deception procs or someone else grabs the mob's attention.

As for the speed bonus, i've not tested it but i sometimes get a feeling that i am slower the others.

Ok, I thought it meant I would have 25% chance to sneak attack even with agro.

"Target opponent loses 25% of their fortification and 25% of their immunity to sneak attacks for 15 seconds."

I've been hitting assassin's trick and then shiv to get sneak attack damage on skeletons and contructs with good results. (And the deception procs after trick also work as you mentioned.)
