I looked and maybe I missed it, but is there a high-HP, high PRR, S&B 15 Barbarian/5 Fighter (or 16 Barbarian/4 Fighter) Stalwart Defender build using B*stard Sword? Was trying to see if there was a very high HP high DPS build...

I think most of the stuff in occult doesn't require raging.

True: most OS abilities are based on Weapon Bond, not Rage. But OS is the weakest DPS of the three barb PrEs, so you don't see too many builds based on it, apart from this one (https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/436179-Dwarven-Occult-Slayer-Pure-Barbarian-Build), which is still a niche / flavor build.
The other issue is Vanguard is a heavily backloaded PrE; with less than 12 ftr lvls, you're missing out on +15% atk speed and +5% doublestrike of a pure VG, which makes a heavily-MCed VG build a questionable idea.
What the OP describes is doable, but way less than ideal: by eschewing Rage, you give up the best DPS bonuses from barb; and by heavily MCing ftr, you miss out on higher-lvl VG bonuses. In return, you get...well, I'm not sure, really.
I have theorycrafted ideas for bardbarians using Swashbuckler + Ravager, with ftr splash for extra feats. I suppose the basic concept could be tweaked for OS+SD, maybe CON-based dwarf for good measure?

As previously stated a non raging barb gives up too much. Rage and stance are exclusive. I have a flavor sword and board barb that is 12 barb 5 fighter ravager and vanguard. The + 4 damage from vanguard is more than i would get from 6 str on sword and board. Prr from tower shield is almost as much as defender enhancements with a lesser shield. I am not sure whether im getting + 3 crit range on my shield (1 van 2 rav). Not my main by any means but a fun durable toon. 2 mellee power boosts human damge boost. 2 vitual foolproof stuns, shield bash and ear smash. Melee power boost when using a stun regardless of succes.
Having said that ive not played a swash but a 15 barb 3 barb 2 fighter for feats would really give mobs the buisiness. You would not be in defensive stance however. The t5 ravager self healing really is good. No reason not to rage with that many barb levels.
Barb and fighter vanguard at least, 18-20 is so good any else really is flavor. You can take a couple levels barb for run speed and ear smash. In my toons case there was a recent change in melee power being awarded with traditional fighter feats like weapon focus so i may end up with a decent toon.
Splashing for defensive stance is great for many builds especially on a swash where your in light armor and buckler.
Fyi i dont know if it wai but black dragon scale relentless fury procs my self healing regardless of raging but im sure thats only because i gave the t5 ravager. Whether it works on a primal screem or rage spell i do not know.
I was just thinking the 5% speed and shield bash proc from 6 fighter along with feats may make it interesting. I dont even know what my last 2 levels are going to be. On human barb you got the feats to take heavy armor and tower shield is easily masters touched.
Too bad barb doesnt share the vanguard tree.

It's not S&B but I'm playing a PDK Fighter/Barb Stalwart/Ravager (Specifically PDK Barbarian13/Fighter4/Wiz3) and she is quite capable of dishing it out as well as taking it...you can watch her on Monday's on the DDOstream "Minion Monday's"
Otherwise here's the build
Note: The Bludgeoning focus is a personal pref and PDK as a race choice was due to this being the "Minion B-Team" which is all Iconics. Human, Dwarf or BF & Slashing would be more optimal.
Chaotic Good "Eye of the Firestorm" Barbarian13/Fighter4/Wiz3
Str 16
Dex 8
Con 18 (Level ups here)
Int 14 (Combat expertise pre-req)
Wis 8
Cha 8
Level Order: Fighter 1, Barb 2, Wiz 3 - 5, Barb 6 - 12, Fighter 13 - 15, Barb 16 - 20
Skills: Intim, Balance, Spellcraft(for Eldritch strike), UMD
Feats
1 Toughness
1P Toughness
1F THF
3 PA
3W Extend
6 Cleave
9 ITHF
12 Great Cleave
13F Combat Expertise
15 GTHF
15F IC: Bludgeon
18 Toughness
ED Unyielding Sentinel (Vigor of Battle)
21 Epic Toughness
24 Bulwark of Defense
26 Tactician
27 Epic DR
28 Holy Strike (Evil Enemies are common and having GT is nice)
Here's some reasoning for various choices
Race:
It needed to be an iconic (static group) so thats Morninglord, Shadar-kai, PDK and Bladeforged...I refuse to buy 2 LRs and an alignment change just to make a Barbarian Bladeforged (as shame though I love to make melee WF) so that leaves ML, SK & PDK...with the caveat that I likely won't spend any AP in the racial tree (I rarely do to be honest)
PDK: Free feat, extra skill, no stat mods
ML: -2 Con/+2 Int, ELf stuff (proficiencies, sleep immune, etc.)
SK: -2Cha/+2 Dex
Unless I'm missing something PDK is the clear winner especially since I'm already planning to take fighter allowing me to only take 2 classes or take any non-lawful 3rd class
Classes:
Barb 12+: HP boosts in cores (and the cores themselves), Ravager Tier 5 blood strength and my fav ravager ability slaughter as well as a few points in OS and/or FB...not to mention D12 HP.
Fighter 3-4+:
Fighter 3 = HP +20%, +140% Threat, other defensive stuff
Fighter 4 = Another feat & +6 Con
Other Class 0-4:
Cannot use Monk or Paladin
Sorc or Wiz 3
+10% AC, +15 HP, Eldritch Strike (Char Lvl Cleave), +1d6 Elly damage, +10 PRR, gain a blue bar (good for ED stuff), handful of 5 minutes buffs
Nothing from other classes really stand out.
Epic Destiny:
Unyielding Sentinel - ANOTHER +20% HP and other tanky stuff
Twists - ICE, Fast Healing, Cocoon
This build at Lvl 19 has broken 1000HP with mostly Lvl 15 PDK gear...with better gear in Epic levels could easily break 3000. (Unsure whether it could break 4k)...Raineko (Minion Monday B-Team) will likely never see that since she's in a static group.
