Something went pear shaped when I tried to become a PDK

I attempted to ITRed my main toon WhiskeyTango from a sun elf to a PDK. I go through the character creation screen and hit create; however, I spawned in the marketplace. ??? Well this is my last life iconic life remaining and I am on Ghallanda so maybe the weirdness that is affecting that server is messing with my character. No problem, I will level up, pick up my PDK stuff and sprint to level 28. That didn't work either. I leveled to 15 and didn't get the PDK eq. A couple of tickets later an in-game GM mails me the PDK item, but I can't wear it since it is race restricted.

I called the live support line. They confirmed that my toon was a human, not PDK (did I mention that I was able to level to 15 right out of the gate like a normal iconic toon?) Could someone please confirm my racial status? I am trying to finish out this last iconic life. The attached screenshot shows the exact xp for level 15, some quest ran to show that no combination of quests would have left me with that exact point total (a couple of favor runs while waiting for the GM - a bit over 6 hours in the first ticket), and the race restricted PDK item.

This sounds like it might be a job for CS_Alkaid. Hes a Customer Service rep that pops intot he forums on a pretty regular basis and has been super helpful.

After dodging the server CR 100 crash monster and playing tag with GMs (something always seemed to come up requiring me to log off before I was able to get an in-game response, the issue has been resolved and I am able to complete my last iconic life.

For any turbine peeps reading. Specific credit due to the last GM that helped me; he? was understanding of the issue and willing to take as long as needed to fix the issue. The final ticket #3301374
