Quick Leveling from 15+?

How are folks generally doing leveling of iconics from 15 -> 20.

Assuming you don't intend to immediately TR/ETR at 28, do people go back and rerun all the Coin Lords/House K lowbie quests for bag/bank space?

What quests and chains do you run and how often?
I usually head straight to Meridia, but is that just me?

i worry about Coin Lord and bank favor later on. usually its one and done or maybe ill run certain quests more than once depending on some things but i do it like this...

15 i run Summerfield chain and GH walk ups. typically a rank left to hit 16 and i do E/H Diplo quest and drink a slayer pot doing GH slayer. this will get you the first free Coin Lord favor.

16 i run Tor and flaggers. sometimes tough to get or find a group for Crucible and Reavers so i use VIP skip for saga xp. i run Necro 4 and repeat Vol and/or Inferno on N/H if i need sigil pieces. take level.

17 i run Litany E/H/N, Shar and Shadow of a Doubt, Missing E/H/N and last half a rank i farm spiders in Vale IF i do it solo. with a group i will forget the slayers. its random if i do all or some depending on finding a group to do Missing chain, Escape Plan, Acid Wit and Delirium plus soloing Litany, Shar and Shadow.

18 i just jump all over the place doing whatever level 16 and up quests. i know Vale quests alone gets me between 1 rank from level 19 or to level 19 depending on how much xp is banked. sometimes i do IQ 1 for the rest of the Coin Lord favor, but the xp just doesn't compare to the other quests in that level range. i find level 18 to be quicker than 15-16 and i bank 19, not that i really need to.

during down time or limited time to play i usually will hit the low level Coin Lord quests and can get the last bag space pretty quickly at 20+. bank favor i can get just by doing a few of the short House K low level quests plus doing Von 1-6 on EE.

Lvl 15-16 = Gianthold Saga E-BB
Lvl 16-17 = Orchard
Lvl 17-18 = Vale
Lvl 18-19 if needed = IQ

Heck or you could just keep running GH Sagas to get to 18 soft capped 19 then run Vale Flags to hit 20!

You can get your Coin Lord favor from running Path of Inspiration and the Dreaming Dark.

When I start a toon at 15 the first thing I do is clear the wildeerness in the High Road and then do all the High Road quests. Then I do Druids Deep, Whelloon, and Secrets of the Articifers.

EDIT ~ Yes, I do them under level. If I was on a heroic TR I would knock out GH when I hit L11.

Personally, I stop levelling up at 14.

14: Lordsmarch chain 1, Invaders, Relic, Wizking (rest of the flagging for raid if I can be bothered running the hateful CoF)
15: Lordsmarch chain 2, GH level 13s
16: GH level 14s, Orchard
17: Missing farm, rest of the chain if I find a good pug. Wheloon pre-quest chain if I feel like it.
18: Vale, LoD chain, Wheloon chain. Sometimes EtK and Mona. Sane farm until you aren't, if you need more xp.

I run both lordmarch chains at 15. They're usually the first things I do. I don't worry about house K favor because I get it in epics. I'm no longer a hoarder, and I don't actually have a need for all that space. I don't even have bank toons anymore, so all I keep on my main is whatever I can fit wile clearing out my TR cache :P.

Sometimes I like to the hit the chain 3x when I start a PDK for these items:

Bow of Sinew- +5 Longbow (crit range 19-20): Elasticity, Stealth Strike, Seeker +8, Aligned, Overfocus [ML:14]
Thaarak Bracelet - Bracers: Vitality +20, DR 3/Lawful, Dodge +4%, Acid Breath (3/day) [ML:15]
Quivering Quiver - Quiver - Bound to Character on Acquire: [Holds 10 types, in 300 stack] Arrow Spitting [ML:14, BTC]

Also, when I start a bard PDK I run Missing for the Turbulent Epee.

Yikes... I get bored with that chain after the first two quests normally. I'm impressed!

Yep, I never see the quiver till the 3rd completion and its show up on the end reward list.

What I'll do typically is build a toon on a week night. Since I'm premium I run the chain solo on normal ona Wed. night, then run the chain solo Thur night on hard, and then post LFM for elite by weekend. Quiver usually will show up on 3rd chain completion reward list.
