FoT Raid Items Drop Rate

Is it me or did they changed the drop rate of named loot of certain items in that raid? Been trying to go after the Madstone Shield and after 45 runs with full groups all I see is the club and pendant but no shield. Aside the fact that on 20th lists is not a guarantee complete named loot list. That's kinda sad and pathetic. Even Korean MMO doesn't have that much of a stupid grind.

Been my personal experience that weapon drops (including shield) in FoT are extremely rare while non weapon drops are fairly common.
