NOT running things, AGAIN. Thank you very much for the very good job you are doing with our world, it is very clear that we need a new server, but you obviously, don't want to buy one, thanks for being cheap, while we just keep, GIVING YOU OUR MONEY, GG!!!! I almost feel sorry for Cordovan...Wonder if they will be calling him out of bed again to calm down the masses. :)

But bah! First time it actually interferes with my personal playing time, but not a good sign overall.

As I lay in bed at 3am, I come awake, thinking of plans to do with my characters this morning. Well, what am I going to do, "I think to myself?" "I know! I'm finally, even with all of those annoying outages, closing on level 28, I'm going to finish that first thing." ALL RIGHT :D That's the plan!

Do da do, getting up out of bed, no Sun to be seen, just me, and my cats, it's still quiet; the morning is still calm, and still.

Do da do, getting on my glasses, and wiping the sleep out of my eyes.

Do da do, firing up the Mac Book Pro 2015.

Do da do, signing in, and laughing hysterically in my head, "wouldn't that just be the most god awful thing if the server were down, again?! LOLOLOL, but that's not poss.... ible".

The stillness of the morning begins to tremble, the calm that it had maintained instantly shattered, and rage immediately come welling to the surface, something like that of a dormant volcano.

And, now here we are, another day, another outage, another long period of your complete ignorance that the world is even down, because you haven't even annouced that you even realize the problem, and another day where all I want to do is ring some necks. Thank you so very my for filling my nice calm tranquil mornings with my cats, and starting my mornings with my DDO, turn to whatever you have made them become now.

I don't know what to call them anymore, but they are the exact opposite of peaceful, and calming.

Let me get this right, you feel sorry for people that are doing nothing more than their job for which we are paying their salaries in spades? I'm not seeing the reason for the pity... care to explain it to me, because this make number 4 in what 3 days, or is it 4 in 4 days, either way, where is this "oh poor DM" **** coming from?

I don't know about you, but I've given them thousands of dollars... VERY LOW thousands, but it's still in the thousands, and that's too much for a game to not be stable and ready to play at my discretion. Not theirs, MINE!

When I was working at my old biotech in Santa Cruz, CA, and I had to maintain a steady order of refolded, active human BDNF protein to a hospital on the east coast. If I dropped a flask of my 200 billion bacteria on the floor that I was going to melt, and extract the BDNF from, you know what I had to do immediately, no matter what time it was?! Start over, you know why? I was on SALARY, the hospital had a STANDING ORDER, like we all do, AND THEY GAVE US PLENTY OF NOTICE FOR IT, which means, Contingency plans, but be in order. And, I had developed one just for such a situation.

Was I angry that I didn't get to go home for the next 20 hours, after that flask slipped out of my hand and in slow motion fall and shatter all over the floor, you're **** right I was angry, but I did my damned job, and I kept right on working to get the job done so that the order was still on time, the hospital still got the standing order of protein, and my bosses didn't chew my ass out.

So, I ask you, where's Turbine's contingency plan? Where's their plan to keep worlds open when they slip out of their hands and fall to the floor and shatter, cause so far, I see nothing, but incompetence!

OH, and a very personal shout out to JOTMAN, it's been at least an hour and a half, dev tracker, shows no signs of life, the forums, show no sign of life, and the launcher shows no sign that they are addressing this. THerefore, every single person that has an intense anxiety disorder, like myself, and knows how to look for server service notices is just as anxious, if not more than I am, and are either paralyzed in their frustration, not saying anything on the forums, and just taking it out on themselves, or maybe some are just popping a few benzos, calling it another ****-up, and going back to sleep with the hop ethat when they wake up, it will be back up. And, then there's me, who isn't just going to sit there in my frozen angry state, and not say a **** word about things that should be spoken! Good DAY! I'm not the one that's the ass, you can look in one direction to see that portrait.

Play with lag is horrible.
Pay and don't play is stupid: or DDO thinks we are stupid or we are really stupid becase we pay for nothing.

Now DDO has to solve.
NO stupid patch!
NO stupid fix!
NO stupid pet!
NO stupid missions (DDO can't create something without create more problems)!

BUY new servers!
BUY new lines!

Don't spend our money to create new problem!
Spend our money to allow us to play... and probably we continue to pay you, otherwise we will have to ask our money back!


So, now, solve the problem.
Stop do stupid and unnecessary update that become more unstable the game.
Do ALL the necessary to solve the problem.

If your not going to fix it then atleast let us have an option to move our characters/guilds to another more reliable server.
