Crafting hall state room lost after update 25

My guild lost the crafting room from our ship. We've had it for ages and after the update it's now available for purchase.
In-game ticket got closed immediately. We were told to submit a bug - which we did.
Checking here and on the net, it looks like we're pretty much alone with this.

Anyone else had this happen? Is there an explanation for this which we missed?

I just checked and we didn't lose our room. Your best bet is to call customer service when the phone lines are open or post it in the account services sub-forum.

Now we've lost the throne room. No feedback from Turbine yet.

We're losing rooms at a rate of one per update.

If they were platinum rooms it would just be an annoyance. Nobody wants to pay for shard rooms especially since they apparently can just disappear.

You never got your craft room back?

Our crafting room is just fine. I used it right after servers went up to craft bolts for my daily runs.

Your not alone, we have lost 3 buffs and the tier 2 XP buff. Same story as you, posted in game ticket- told to submit a bug.. which I did. It has been two weeks now and no reply...
