Echoes of the ancestors twist not providing INT?

I am on 77 INT with 3 Shadowdancer INT twisted in. when I swap one of them for EotA my INT goes down to 76

Have tried logging out etc

It does but you have to turn the stance on. Drag it to your hotbar and turn it on - you should be all set.
