I went wandering in with my alt and after taking down the Earth Temple, I was exploring and came across a "Romag's Club" or some such thing. It promises dominion or something over earth elementals. Well, it vanished when I went under at the Water Temple. The hour was late and I signed off. Tonight I went in to level 1 and did more exploring. I had almost cleared level 1 before heading to the Earth Temple looking for Romag's club. I hadn't found it yet when I stumbled on Harsch(?) who exclaimed "This room was supposed to be empty" or something similar while he was accompanied by a female cultist... :) Anyway, he left a note to Romag about giving his club away and where to find it. I went there, recovered the club, and it made the elemental fight extremely easy before taking down Romag.
Then, in preparation for level 2, I cleaned out half of one pack-page (not complaining, but **** there is some loot here. I had 1.5 pack-pages free when I went in and came out full). Anyway, I dropped Romag's club before doing the water, fire, and air temples and heading down to level 3 - where I got stomped multiple times by the elementals........
So, my questions: Anyone know if Romag's club works on the last earth elemental? And, are there other doo-dads similar to Romag's club for the air, water, and fire elementals? I realize not everyone needs something like that - and it's a pain to wander throughout that dungeon looking for stuff that you might not need. But since I care more about the completion than speed, I'm willing to look for anything that gives me an advantage.
Thanks!

I tried it last night, Romag's Club does not work on the Elemental at the end but does work on Slag (I think the name is) the Magma Stone Elemental rare. If it worked on the end fight elemental it would be pretty over powered to be honest.
Romag's Club doesn't need to be used but it makes the Stone Elemental fight MUCH easier. I think for people who are looking at cutting down on time for running ToEE Part 1, just going to the fight might be quicker but more monotonous.
I haven't found anything quite like the club in Part 1 or 2 but there are a lot of neat rare encounters that you wont find in any other quest in DDO. Last night I ran into a lamp in the middle of the passage and a fountain. I wont give away any more about those rare encounters but they totally reminded me of the granddaddy of dungeon crawl pc games 'NetHack'. You run into all sorts of random dungeon encounters like that in the game. A random lamp in the middle of a dungeon hallway - classic.

On my single run through p1, the elemental club does work on the end earth elemental, but only when you are able to damage it.

That sort of makes sense. The Wiki says the near-end elementals are immune to damage when over "their" territory......
Thanks!

I can confirm that the club does work on the earth elemental at the Pt 1 end fight. My problem was it was fighting the air elemental in the air quadrant. Sigh.

I stand corrected. I will have to give it a go again, I was hitting him for a minute or so and not in the earth area so it should have procced but I'll test it out next opportunity.

Yes. The club does work on the boss earth elemental at the end of part 1. I used it yesterday.

How do you beat the boss demon at the end of part two without getting one shotted out of a half dozen cakes?

You survive by shrooming.
Blue Ones:
The blue ones are the shelter shrooms and most importante! When she casts the endless @ symbol run behind the shroom shelter.
Purple or Violate Ones:
These help with the poison stacks. Go for these if overwhlemed by stacks.
The Nasty Ones:
Kill the on site. You can target and they look nasty yellowish. Kill on sight, you'll be better off if you do.
