Just wondering if spell crits and spell power work on epic destiny enhancements like dragon breath, storm rage or energy burst
Also is the dc for dragon breath really only character level and not a modify as well. As always thank for your help!

For Energy Burst at least, they most certainly do. Caster Level and Max Caster level cap are taken into account as well. You can watch the numbers or watch the combat log to confirm.

Unfortunately I can't help on the Dragon Breath question. I haven't been in my natural destiny in 26 ERs.
