So far I have run into two problems: Trying to finish part 2 and a Djinni turned into a tornado and will not turn back so it can not be killed and the gate will not open.
Problem two and this may just be my machine, but there are so many monsters in elite even on heroic that in the fire area and the boss fight after it I was running at a 1.5 fps despite 170 fps outside of the quest. I died with -400 hp on a lvl 20 toon doing this heroic for no good reason I could find while fighting the boss.

Well since the edit button does not want to work in IE and the whole ddo page does not want to work in firefox.
I have managed to finally finish and I can say this if you have lag or a bad framerate forget about fighting the part 2 boss you will be in for nothing but frustration with the instant kill effect that you will not see coming. And having to just wait her out in the end is also frustrating. Spent a good long while with her shield up just waiting and waiting for it to go down. Almost died another 4 times because of frame rate issues while I waiting. No mobs to fight, no damage to deal just waiting on the shield.

Your first problem happened to me in Prison of the Planes the other day (pre-update). I had to wait for a GM to respond to my ticket and kill the djinn for me. Was most frustrating.

You're not the only one!

Lvl 20 Pure Monk in Full GMoF and after 2hrs 30 mins {90 mins in pt 1, 60 in pt 2} I had to use TWO Spirit Cakes to complete the End Fight on Heroic Elite!

Heroic Elite Pt 2 seems blatantly broken to me - This is more like a Lvl 12 {14 elite} boss than a Lvl 7 {9 elite} boss!

Even then I wouldn't expect to die not once but TWICE on an Epic Character!

First Death = Fine...I wasn't ready for the spores and with only enough sp for two Cocoons and my one use of GMoF heal I couldn't keep up with that.

Second Death = NOT FINE - It came out of nowhere...AN INSTAKILL!

P.S. No I didn't use a Hireling but chances are a Hire wouldn't have made it through that fight anyway!

P.P.S. The Elemental Nodes are ludicrously massive - I can't see anyone having the patience to do all four {Heck I can't see many groups even doing more than one!}.

This happens so often in PoP that I regularly ignore the Air Ele room completely when running that quest - Said Djinn is broken and my advice is that you only need 6 of the keys/seals/whatever they're called anyway. So skip that room.

It's a known problem. Last time I ran Prison of the Planes djinn did that. IIRC we used d-door to get out of Lamannia room, and just did the quest without it.

I have noticed that if you start to get lag in part 1, it sticks around. So if you get it, best bet is to start over. Seems like the instance is getting hosed.

Locked underwater chest: r2 lx1896 ly2024 i42 cInside ox358.53 oy408.29 oz-258.45 h133.6
Killed a red named Ogre Commander, but it didn't unlock the chest, nor were there any other Red named enemies around in the room.

Treasure bags are still falling in Part 1, that aren't able to be picked up. There were some of these in Part 2 as well, before getting to the area that requires a crest.

In Part 2, Jaer appeared twice in the fire area.

If we're talking problems. Lvl 7 loot as an end reward for a Very long quest on Epic Hard.

I died on the final boss fight (part 2) before it was even attackable. The DoT stacked up to 10 while the dialog was going on, but I was locked into the room with no cleansing mushrooms around to remove the DoT. Aside from that, having a DoT that ticks for 150+ is a bit much for level 7 Normal, I think. I burned all my Lay Hands uses before even taking a swing at the boss, trying to stay alive long enough for a mushroom to appear. (Level 11 Paladin, for reference)
