Hi everyone!
Here's the build I plan to use on my next life, if you have any suggestions to make it more awesome, please share! :D
The basic idea is a trapper swashbuckling bard with buckler.
I choose Dexterity for my swashbuckling damaging stat for a few reasons:
- Able to take weapon finesse feat to complement dex to damage enhancement
- I plan to mostly rely on Low Blow to hit my Coup de grace CDs for instant kills
- The idea is to kill things super fast instead of CCing them. :)
You'll notice I didn't take rogue as my first level, even though that is slightly better for skills. The reason is rogue don't have that many great feats at level one, and I couldn't find anything interesting to take for my extra human bonus feat. I end up loosing very few skills for not taking rogue at first level, and I can take power critical feat later on for better damage.
I take 2 levels of rogue for evasion, and 6 levels of fighter for extra feats, and the possibility to open up martial epic life (if i choose to continue this character into epic!).
For skills, I end with max'd DD and search and almost max'd balance, UMD and Open Lock. I also end with decent concentration for when I need to self heal, and 15ranks of perform so that I can sing all my bard songs.
