Doubleshot question - with and without armour

At lvl 10, with no armour my doubleshot is 4%. When I equip 2% doubleshot cloth armour, my doubleshot drops down to 2%

What is happening here?

What is the source of your 4% doubleshot? This might help in troubleshooting the problem.

I think this came from the bug with the Char sheet not updating Doubleshot in real time. Also, unequiping the item and then re-equiping it dropped double shot by 2, which may be a different bug or the same
