So, i've just lost 2 character slots after trying out the new update in Lamaland. When filing out a ticket which category should i pick?

I've been to support.turbine.com and filed a ticket already but in the response i read that it might be closed without any further response if i picked the wrong department. And since on the support site i didn't know in which category my problem falls into, i'm asking here. To clarify, i've had those character slots for like 3 years now, it's not like i just bought them and they weren't delivered. The characters are there but i had to pick 3 out of 5 to play, just like when you step down from being VIP but i'm Premium (checked at myaccount).

Edit: Nvm, got it all sorted out now.

Submited a ticket at support.turbine.com, said i was premium but got downgraded to f2p and lost 2 char slots that i bought a few years back.

So this just happened to me too. Do you recall which of the drop-down options you picked that had the ticket work out?

Edit: And now it looks to have fixed itself. Doubt CS reacted that quickly.

Ok so the same thing happened to me, i used to have 8 slots. now its saying i have 6 slots, while i have 7 characters. I put in a ticked like a week ago and they have yet to fix it :/. Can you tell me exactly where you put in the ticket? Maybe i put it in the wrong site idk.

The site is support.turbine.com -> Submit a Ticket. I don't remember exactly which "Question Type" i chose but it was either "Account or Access" or "Game Support", definitely nothing to do with Turbine Points, methods of payment, DDO Store or VIP subscription (as i've never been a VIP). If you were a VIP, i'd choose "Account or Access" -> "VIP or Subscription" -> "Reinstate VIP Subscription". Hope that helps.

It got fixed for me but broke again during 2nd lama update

SO i put in like 5 tickets and no responce :/, it never even sent me a confirmation E-Mail after i put them in. Guess my only option is to call them or is there a way to get in contact with them via fourm?

Oh, so elsewhere I read that logging into MyAccount may have fixed the problem, which I did do when it seemed to fix itself magically.

I lost my 2 additional character slots I have purchased a long time ago. Now the game asked me to choose only 3 characters, and the other ones are blocked.
I believe this happended after logging on to Lamannia and going back to live game..

EDIT: Logging to MyAccount out of the game seemed to fix the problem. Weird bug.

do you remember if, before loggin to MyAccount, you choosed, in game, the characters to fix the slots or if you didn't touch the popup window at all ?

i ask you this because to me, loggin into MyAccount out of the game doesn't fix the problem.
