Hey all.
Looking to spec out a Kopesh TWF build and could use some decent advice on the class split.
I am thinking 2 Rogue / 2 Fighter and 16 Ranger which should give me tempest, kensai, evasion and UMD.
Am I way off on the split with the current state of the game? I haven't played a melee is a long time so could use the help.
Starting Stats were going to be
STR: 18
DEX: 10
CON: 14
INT: 12
WIS: 8
CHA: 12

Everyone is recommending at least 14 Paladin levels since Holy Sword is better than Kensei.
The rest of the split is up to you--6 ranger adds to offhand strikes but you can also add even one monk level (go uncentered) and add deft strikes for 7 AP (6 plus first core).
If you do not want a Paladin past life might want to mix in some source of Divine might.

What race is this, human?
Also, do you have Harper, all races/classes, Epic Destinies?
To be honest I'm not seeing a lot of point for you to take 2 Fighter; Kensei isn't that great except to let you use non-Monk weapons and remain centered (and get +1 crit range while doing it), and since as a Ranger you'd get the TWF chain for free you'd probably be ok on feats. There is the tactics boost, but you'd do better with Divine Might or Know the Angles.
16 Ranger seems a little weird too; 16 only gets you an extra 2nd level spell slot over 15.
If you wanted to have 4 Favored Enemies, you could do 15 Ranger/4 Rogue/1 FvS (or Cleric). That would give you Divine Might (Warpriest), No Mercy and Haste Boost (Thief-Acrobat), Damage Boost (Assassin), and 4 of the cores from Tempest. Plus since you'd have Haste Boost from TA, you could grab Sprint Boost from Tempest. You'd want Stunning Blow as one of your feats, and possibly also Precision.
Another option would be 15 Ranger/4 Paladin/1 Rogue. You'd get CHA-to-saves and Divine Might, as well as +25 PRR and MRR from Sacred Stance (along with +10% movement speed). 1 Rogue is all you need for max UMD, though you probably wouldn't be doing any traps without a nice INT tome and/or some Artificier Past Lives.
Though really, I'm not sure what your goals are; I just went with mostly-Ranger since that seemed to be the direction you were already going in. (Lots of other good choices for a TWF melee).
