Would Tenser's Transformation help with an Arti repeater shot speed?
What about a 13 arti/2 rogue/5 wizard to get Tenser's from the Eldritch Knight enhancement tree? Is this worth considering?
I am just looking at possible ideas to increase my repeater build dps without depending on a lot of clickies or bursts. Right now he is a Int based Drow 12 rogue/2 arti/ 6 ranger. What ever build I decide to try mus have at least 2 arti. Must have max rogue skills. Prefer not to be warforged/bladeforged. Other then that I am pretty open to suggestions.

It is not worth your AP, better just scroll it

Since Tensers doesn't boost your INT and doubles spell CDs, you're better off using Div Power clickies if all you want is max BAB.
As I've said elsewhere, I think one of the best repeater combos right now is actually pal 14 (Holy Sword) / rgr 4 (Killer, Rapid Shot, Prec Shot), with either two more rgr lvls for Sniper Shot or arty 2 for free Rapid Reload, profs, and runearms.

thanks for the replies and the info. This helps with what to try next.
14 pali/4 rgr (is this ranger?) and 2 arti sound interesting. I might have to investigate that build a little

4 rgr (is this ranger?)
Yes: +10m PBS range, up to +3d6 sneak atks, +Pos Spellpower, Killer (+20% doubleshot when fully charged), plus any or all of the accessible ranged atks (Aimed Shot, Merciful Shot, Leg Shot). Going from rgr 4 to 6 also gets you Sniper Shot, a 2nd FE, and access to T5 DWS.
Depending on AP spread, you could also add in some AA goodies; the imbues don't work with bolts, but the special atks do. On a pal 14 / rgr 6 split (or HE/elf pal 14 / rgr 4 / arty 2 w/racial AA) you could pick up Slaying Arrow (32 APs) and max Killer (26 APs). Problem is you have to spend a lot of APs on filler in AA to get Slaying Arrow, so I'm not convinced it's worth it.
