"re is still over powered and should be nerfed. With my level 20 completionist I can run level 1 quests on elite and never get hit (btw this build doesn't exist:P ) "re should be something that also drops in every chest so that we can trade them in for The's and have a full word's worth of usefulness. Also add "re to either cannith, greensteel, or TF crafting as "re should be farmed for.
