I have a sorc who stands at a 69 necro DC, I can clicky it to 71-72 counting the epic Deific Diadem. Since the last hotfix it seems that mobs who were on NO FAIL have been saving like crazy, and not only high lvl mobs but even mid 20 lvl old epic creatures are saving. Is anyone else seeing this, or am I taking crazy pills?
