Jewelers Kit Not working

I bought 2 jewelers kits off the AH and tried to remove Master's Gift from and Item the box opened but inner screen does not so bought a Kit from DDO store same thing happened. Had used jewelers kit the day before with no problem. Put in help ticket this was on 2/2 when office was closed. Went to different toons same problem. On 2/3 got In game support to help me, but they could not told to put in bug report which I did. Later went to different world same thing happened. Other barter boxes open and work correctly. So help. Can people put a code on and item to make it and all others like it not work, if they can I think that person should be BANNED FOR LIFE + 20 years. Any suggestions???? Tried to put sceenshot don't think I got it

unlock the jewels &/or item to use it on.

all items that have been tried have not been locked will not let u put locked items in barter box

You have to drag the equipment to the barter box before any options appear.

Master's gift is a bound to character augment, but i've noticed that if i put it into a bound to account item, i can put that gear into my shared bank, and use it with another character. I've never tried removing the augment with a character other than the one that it was originally bound to, is it possible that this is your problem?

Nope Jewelers kit does not work on any of my toons on any of the worlds on any of my items even got a kit from a guildie and found a old one on a different world. The barters box opens but the interface does not. other barter boxes work properly. Have tried to put screenshot here but just can't seem to make it work the uploader seems to think but nothing.

Try uploading images with imgur.com makes things like this so much easier for you.

Can you post a screenshot of the item itself as well?

You realize the Snakeskin Vest is equipped (it says so) and the Master's Gift is in the armor Kobold Admiral Uniform, which is in his inventory.

Well darn that eliminates my ideas. Hopefully a GM can spawn a new augment for you.

Still no word from GM's maybe the downtime on 2/11 will fix the problem I sure hope so

Whatever they did during the long Downtime toady the Jewelers kit worked to get Master's Gift unslotted Great now to put in some something useful only made 6 levels now to get to 20 and TR again
