Question about Fred

Went to go see him to trade out my level 9 feat for a different one and the only feats he saw were my Shape-changing ones (wolf/bear x 2). I thought it was because I had a level banked to I capped my xp, leveled and went back to see him. He now sees my Shape-changing ones (as previously) and now sees the feet I took at 12 but nothing else.

Is there a work around so he will see my other ones, specifically the one I took at 9 or do I need to submit a ticket/call?

Sometimes, if you try to swap out a feat that another one depends on (e.g. trying to swap out Power Attack, when you took Cleave at a higher level), you will be unable to swap out the depended-upon one until you get rid of the high-level one that depended on it.

What feats have you taken and at what levels and what are you trying to swap (old and new)?

I am trying to swap out Natural Fighting (the Animal Fighting feat. Can only take at 9+ so I know I took it then as I am level 12 now) for Empower Healing because I am switching my build from the pathetic mess it is to something playable and group-able.

So is there a fix (on my side) so he will see my feats taken at 1, bonus, 3, 6, and 9? Or at least level 9 :) Or is a ticket my only option?
