I had no issues with LOOT30 a couple of hours ago. I guess it must be something else.

the store was down yesterday for a few hours when it came back on I made a 1600 tp purchase with credit card I never received the points yesterday and still have yet to get them today I made in game ticket and a ticket to turbine support and still have not had any reply or fix to the situation also can not get through on the phone to them but the money was removed from my credit card

I'm waiting on the phone right now for customer support. Tried to purchase points and it said that they encountered a problem, try back later. Well, tried two other times, no points but they sure as heck took it outa my checking. This is after the downtime.

Just got off the phone and got someone who was extremely helpful (forgot name), said they are aware of the issue and will email me when things get fixed.

Anyway to reinforce what Avenir just mentioned, yes, we are most definitely aware of the issue with points purchases and are trying to resolve it ASAP.

The best part about a major store disruption like this is that maybe they will give us something rare that we really like such as triple bonus point sale or determine your own discount.

Does this apply to the free TP we should receive?

Aka - Should we hold off on acquiring favor while this is happening for fear of losing out on the free TP?

No sales, no free item and you took away last week's sales that usually overlap on Thursday's. Guess I really didn't need a Hall of Heroes on my account. Maybe there's snow or somethings. Though I'm going to blame the new Player's Council, Player Council 2: The Revenge of the Flower Zergers.

I get that your aware of the situation but I paid for 1600 points that I didn't get and all I realy want is a personal email from turbine support or someone saying they know I paid for points I didn't get and I will get them soon I just want a personal response pls pls pls

We resolved the issue with TP not being granted for favor rewards, so quest away! Any points that were delayed from yesterday/late Wednesday have also been granted at this point.

It tells me my account is suspended, this is the only place I get this message? Are these issues related?

Exact same situation here, I hope the customer service and billing teams are aware.
