TP for MM not received.

I noticed over on the LOTRO forums that there was an issue with slayer deeds. It got me thinking to check to see if I got my 35TP for 12k kobold slayers. I checked and I have not yet received my TP. I was wondering if Turbine was aware that the issue has affected DDO as well as LOTRO.

IIRC XP is the only 1 that is granted automatically.. for all the other rewards from the monster manual, you need to actually click on it to get it delivered to that character, have you tried that?

I know for actual items as well as AS you need to click but from I remember TP is also automatically awarded. When I got sufficient kills, I saw the message on my screen advising of my 35TP. I checked however but I don't have a shiny border and nothing happens if I click it.

TP *should* be auto-granted, I have earned a few MM rewards and remember getting a message for 35 and 15 TP in the last week or so. I didn't even think to check if it was actually credited though and assumed it was... Isn't there a history of earned/bought TP somewhere? Bummer..

Ok so an update on this one, if you go to the DDO store ingame and look at your purchase history it will list all gained / bought TP in the last 60 days. It seems to also list the MM granted TP as favor rewards even though they are 15/35 TP, math works out for me so seems I did indeed receive them.

I checked earlier today before the DDO Store went down and confirmed I did not get the 35TP from the MM. However I did get the 25TP from the previous day for 1600 favor on my Pally. Seems that only the MM awards are not granted properly.

Yeah, we're aware the issue is impacting both franchises. We're still working on some things, but once the store is back up you'll see that you received the 35 Turbine Points as well!
