The other bug which caused the capstone to disable was fixed, but the heal amp bug remained. I am not getting the heal amp based on the description.

You should receive +10 Healing Amp.
How can you test that you do not get it?

With the capstone you get +40, so +50 total at level 20. How can you be sure that the +10 is not available?

Just to know, for information. ;)
