well.. as warlock are coming, I drag few of my friend back to play ddo.. one of them quit eight years ago, when he try to log back onto his account it says"no subscription for DDO found".. he tried to ask on forum, even though he was able to log in he was unable to post nor reply.. just wondering what is wrong.
I tried to convince him to make a new account, but failed.. just wondering if there anything can be done about it? thanks

Is your friend from Europe?
If he quit 8 years ago, was in the times where US and Europe accounts were segregated.

The most common cause of this error is someone trying to use their LOTRO login credentials for DDO (or mis-spelling their user name, and the mis-spelled user name is being used by someone over in LOTRO.) That said, Account Support can get you fixed up. Please have your friend get in touch with them by going to support.turbine.com, clicking on "Support Center", then "Submit a Ticket." Your friend can also get their forum issue resolved through the same link, although the ticket will end up getting transferred to Community/Forum Support.
