How do i increase the dc of Holy retribution? ( Tier 5 Pally kotc enhancement)

Anyone knows if any items increase the dc? or is it only debuff that will work?

As far as I'm aware, the only way to increase the DC is to increase your Paladin level and your cha score. However, it is fine as it is. The difficulty in increasing your DC only really affects epic levels, where the mobs have too many HP for the effect to trigger anyway. In such a case, Holy Retribution is good for being a +5 [W] cleave that uses a momentum swing animation for multiple hits.
