cant log in

is there something going on with the server? i cant log into the world. it keeps trying the 20 attempts then comes back saying that server timed out.

I cant log in either since fix on 1/23. It hangs up while connecting to patch server. I sent Turbine a ticket almost 2 days ago and have heard nothing. :(

My husband is having issues now as well. He can log in, but when it gets to the window to choose servers, everything shuts down. There is n o warning or error code.
