Do you remember when evil outsider bane and banishing weapons dropped?

I see alot of ghostbane, disruption and natural bane.

How about adding evil outsider bane and banishing to random loot?

I still have my silver holy greater lawful outsider great axe ml 14. It was like winning the lottery and fun to find such useful but rare combos.

With eVale coming soon, it's a good time to start dropping those again.

Banishing does drop, i just got a banishing greatsword... But thats the only one i have seen in ages.

Good to know about the banishing, guess I didn't notice. I would still like to see outsider bane weapons in random loot.

While it doesn't adress the issue of bane not dropping, there is a work-around: Cannith Crafting. You need 20 slaying arows (regular not greater) of the desired type to craft the bane weapon of your choice. If you're on Khyber, I'll happily craft it for you if you provide the materials.

But yea I very much wish they'd put all the vanished prefixes and suffixes in again!

I doubt anyone is expecting random loot to compare to named/TF. However, I'm fairly certain that nondupers would like some quality & viable (if not genuinely strong like they used to be) random loot options while working on getting their named/TF ;) Banishing Silver Threaded Handwraps of Evil Outsider Bane may not be TF quality - but what random loot that's dropped in the last 18 months can compare?

Only on epic level gear mostly.

It used to be that you could get the occasional ML 12 or so item with them as only property, but not any more, the great ghostbaning of loot killed that option.
