Game Freezes when logged in.

This started on Sunday. I go to log in and the game freezes. I have tried ipconfig /flushdns several times and restarted my system. But the issue continues.

I had a similar problem awhile back. Does it happen when you play other 3D games? My video card was overheating. I blew the dust out of it and everything went back to normal.
