I got a new headset for Christmas that has a microphone I can finally use for clear voice chat. When I select the audio output device in options, all sound goes to these headphones except other players' voice chat. Is there any way to resolve this issue? Thanks.

yes, under audio. Playback option gives the location of the speakers or the headset.

Yeah, it was under audio, I just needed to scroll down a bit further...
Thanks :P

Which is lovely, since those of us with hearing issues have the ability to put the voice chat into the headphones and the regular sounds in the Speakers and have a chance to understand the other speakers.

I know this is an old thread, but i still hope someone will reply on it.
So, i have the same problem of voice coming out of speakers instead of headphones. When i look in the audio settings i have it set on my headphones, but the voice still comes out of the speakers.
Also, when i set the general sound, it gives me the option to choose between speakers and headphones. With the voice setting there is only one option, which are the headphones.
Anyone know how to fix that?

Nevermind, i restarted the whole computer and now have both options in voice settings. Haven't tested it yet, but hopefully, it will be ok now.
