Magic Missile Broken

Level 20 Pure Sorc in Shiradi with 6 epic levels. I should be casting Magic Missile at level 9 right with 5 missiles but it is only casting 3 and my combat log will nt show me what level I am casting it at. The combat log does indeed show that Chain Lightning is being cast at level 27 but magic missile reports nothing.

Logged out for 8+ hours after this occurance. Once I logged backed in magic missile was casting 5 missiles.

Then this morning it happened again...not sure what does it or what triggers it. Maybe it's some kind of Champion debuff messing up caster level for magic missile or it could be something in Shiradi messing it up...I don't know but it's annoying. Logging out and back in fixed it this time but last time it didn't fix it right away.
