Shared bank problem

My dream edge and drow piwafi cloak just disappeared after dropping them into shared bank. Character name Botoburst.

You know about the new 'pages' on the shared bank now right?

If you're looking at page one, the items might be actually dropping into page 2 or even page 3 depending.

Guess what? The game ate my large ingredients bag full of around 70 epic crafting scrolls, seals, and shards when I tried to transfer from shared bank to inventory. When I submitted a ticket, the GMs replied with:

Well, that's too bad, but I'm sorry. You're S.O.L. Here, have 25 TP to make you feel better.

Awesome, huh? I lose five years worth of farming/questing. Their response is to give me something I can obtain using favor in a single day.
