Bank ate my ring of spell storing

Hi. I was trying to put my ring of spell storing in the shared bank from my 18th level cleric Ebonar and it simply poofed. It still shows on his equipment bar in a fain highlight that he once had it but it's nowhere to be found. I cannot access ingame help I keep getting an error. please help and return my spell storing ring. Edit-the bank ate the ring at approx 7:40 pm Dec 11th 2014. It was the one in eveningstar.

The shared bank now has multiple pages. Your items are likely in the very last page. Look for the little arrows at the bottom of the scroll window.
